Steps to successfully update the security certificate to install the Quick Heal product

Here is a solution to solve this problem.
Solution 1: Keep your computer connected to the Internet while installing the Quick Heal product. If a missing certificate is detected during installation, it will be installed automatically.
Solution 2: To manually install a certificate on a Windows computer without a direct Internet connection, follow these steps:

1. Click here to download the latest Trusted Root Certification Authorities. (DigiCert Trusted Root G4)
2. To start the Certificate Import Wizard .crt The file you downloaded in step 1.
3. click Install the certificate.
4. Choose current user click next.
5. Select Automatically select certificate store based on certificate type option. click next.
6. click finish.
7. click Confirm.

After successfully importing the certificate, run Quick Heal’s installer settings file again.
